These services will be provided on a regular basis to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, regulatory compliance, and sanitation
WE WILL:
· Provide a written service report for each facility. This includes the condition of dispensing equipment, any performed maintenance, sanitizer compliance, and departmentalized performance evaluations.
· Emergency Service will be provided (at no additional charge) and a report will be generated on every call.
· Advise store management of any prevailing conditions that require their attention and make recommendations when further action is deemed necessary.
· Train store management, shift supervisors, floor care personnel, on routine daily machine cleaning and operation, proper product performance and usage and issues related to safety.
· Initial In-Service training will be performed on site immediately upon completion of dispensing equipment installation. Spot training and re-training will be performed for new personnel during service visits. Formal Training Sessions will be provided for regional managers & supervisors as requested.
· Periodic dispensing equipment upgrades (when appropriate). Equipment upgrades may be provided at no additional charge.
o Exception: Any equipment that is vandalized or intentionally abused. The cost to replace damaged equipment will be invoiced per the prevailing list pricing schedule per each incidence.
· Provide and ensure that all multilingual wall charts and operating instructions are clearly visible
· Test the three compartment sink solution concentration to ensure dilution equipment is functioning properly. Chemically test all sanitizer solutions to ensure solution meets/exceeds city/state requirements.
· Check overflows and drains for proper operation.
